1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays directly with you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We currently offer domestic shipping. If you require international delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

3. Special Care Packaging

  • Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, glass lamps, and natural stone fountains, we use specialized, shock-absorbent packaging.
  • Every item is heavily protected against drops and vibrations during transit to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation message containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages During Transit

  • We take every precaution, but accidents during shipping can occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
  • Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and take clear photos of the damage. Send these details to us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery so we can swiftly process a replacement or refund.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees will apply to reship returned packages.
